Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell wellness packages, memberships & treatments

* Conduct center tours for walk-in prospects

* Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp & social media

* Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs

* Upsell and cross-sell treatments to existing members

* Handle membership renewals and upgrades

* Explain health supplement and product benefits to clients

* Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

* Attend wellness exhibitions and roadshows

* Build long-term relationships with clients

* Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time

* May be required to work weekend hours in the event of company events or roadshows

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the sales industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients
