Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Identify and approach potential customers, including grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, wholesalers & retailers.
• Promote company products, service, and ongoing promotions to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase company revenue.
• Prepare sales quotations, price lists, sales reports and customer proposals.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments and deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitors' prices and customer needs.
• Negotiate prices and sales term within the company's approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with purchasing warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Report sales performance, customer feedback and market developments to Sales Manager.
• Explore opportunities to expand the customer base and grow the company's market share.

Job Requirements:-

• SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, FMCG, wholesale, or grocery distribution is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel to meet customers.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
