Job Role: Sales Executive (Renewable Energy)

Location: Oshodi, Lagos.
Salary: N200k - N250k Basic salary + Commission

About Role:

We're seeking Sales Executives for a Renewable Energy Company. Ideal candidates must have strong B2B experience in selling high-ticket solar and energy solutions or persons with a proven track record of closing large-value deals rather than general retail sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, solar, construction, engineering, real estate, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or other high-value solution sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling high-ticket products or services (e.g., solar systems, generators, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, construction materials, automobiles, luxury real estate, enterprise technology solutions, or similar).
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
• Experience conducting site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
