Sales executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the various sectors (Pharma, chemical, Automobiles, Steel, biotech, textiles, packaging etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including plant heads, procurement managers, and technical teams.
• Present, promote, and sell company products/solutions (automation systems, packaging machinery, lab equipment, utilities, etc.).
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and site visits to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements in pharma manufacturing.
• Collaborate with application engineers, service teams, and project managers to ensure timely project execution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
