Responsibilities
* Manage Instagram and WhatsApp inquiries and communicate with potential clients.
* Understand client requirements for event planning, décor, and catering services.
* Follow up with leads, share quotations, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Handle basic negotiations and guide clients according to their requirements and budget.
* Coordinate with the relevant team regarding client requirements.
Requirements
* Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
* Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp Business.
* Interest in sales, event planning, and catering.
* Prior sales or customer dealing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
