Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, identifying business opportunities, pitching our services, and building strong client relationships across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and pitch to decision-makers (business owners and managers) across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
• Understand client needs and present our agency packages, including social media management, digital ads, and branding services.
• Conduct cold outreach, attend in-person and telephonic sales meetings, and manage negotiations from initial contact to closing deals.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.

Requirements

• Licensing & Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Location: Must currently reside in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
• Experience: Basic experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills (English is required; Arabic or Malayalam is a plus).
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Language:

• Malayalam (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• DRIVING LICENSE IN UAE (Preferred)
