Job Descriptions 🎯
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions and incentive programs
- Analyze market trends and provide timely feedback to the management team to adapt sales strategies
- Collaborate with product and branding teams to align sales strategies
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new distributors / stockists
- Prepare accurate and timely activity reports and performance analysis
What we're looking for 🛠
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, or biotech industry)
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional negotiation, communication and closing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
