Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (MT)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and new outlets

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective coverage and execution

• Take sales orders and ensure timely submission and follow-up

• Monitor stock levels at outlets and distributors to avoid out-of-stock situations

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally

• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at outlets

• Execute trade promotions, in-store activities, and marketing campaigns

• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and promotions, and provide market feedback

• Prepare sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback regularly

• Update customer records, pricing, and promotional details accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry

• At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Result-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, sales system)
