Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge

• Develop a thorough understanding of the technical aspects and functionalities of the products/services being sold.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.

Consultative Selling

• Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and needs analysis.
• Recommend appropriate products/services that meet customer requirements.
• Provide demonstrations or presentations of products/services as needed.

Relationship Building

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Support

• Serve as a technical resource for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical guidance.
• Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex technical problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling gadgets like laptops, PCs, or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
