Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from potential tenants through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Promote available rooms and rental properties to prospective tenants.
• Understand customers' accommodation needs and recommend suitable rooms or properties.
• Arrange property viewings and follow up with potential tenants.
• Explain rental rates, tenancy terms, facilities, and house rules clearly to customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful bookings and rental agreements.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
• Coordinate with the operations and property management teams to ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Update customer records, sales progress, and enquiry status.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Confident in handling customer enquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, property rental, real estate, or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
