Sales Executive

Stipend: PKR 35,000 per month + 10% commission on every insurance policy sold

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join as Sales Executives and sell insurance with 10% of comission along with fix pay on every sale through daily market visits and direct customer interaction. You will approach potential customers, explain the insurance product, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.

This role requires regular fieldwork and active customer engagement. Training will be provided, and shortlisted candidates will receive a brief introduction to the insurance product when contacted for an interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit markets and commercial areas to identify and approach potential customers.
• Explain the insurance product, including its benefits, coverage, and terms, accurately after training.
• Understand customer needs, respond to inquiries, and follow up to close policy sales.
• Assist customers with applications and required documentation.
• Maintain records of market visits, customer leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching customers and presenting a product.
• Willingness to conduct daily market visits and work in a field sales role.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is an advantage; freshers are encouraged to apply.
