We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at INFINITY HARTAWAY in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Unlike traditional agencies, our sales team benefits from a steady stream of qualified leads provided through our Investor Club and targeted webinars.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients

• Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company and guide clients throughout the sales journey.

• Proactively identify opportunities within your existing client portfolio through referrals, repeat business, and relationship building.

• Conduct tele-sales consultations, online consultations (Zoom), and face-to-face meetings with prospective buyers.

• Arrange property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities based on clients' needs.

• Take ownership of your assigned sales pipeline by maintaining timely follow-ups, identifying clients' concerns, and progressing each opportunity towards a successful outcome.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional advice throughout the purchasing process.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and internal reports.

• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge to better serve clients.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development, banking, finance, marketing, property, or related industries is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Demonstrates persistence, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership in managing sales opportunities.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using sales-related software.

• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
