Sales Executive

About Us:

Mondo Interior Design & General Contracting L.L.C. is a leading company in Abu Dhabi specializing in fit-out works, interior design projects, and custom joinery/woodwork manufacturing. We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Indoor & Outdoor Sales: Conduct field visits to potential clients, consultants, and sites, as well as handle indoor sales inquiries, client consultations, and quotation preparation.
• Business Development: Build and maintain strong business relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, and project managers across the UAE.
• Product & Service Promotion: Promote general contracting services, interior design packages, and custom woodwork (doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and bespoke joinery).
• Deal Closure & Follow-up: Prepare commercial proposals, follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales agreements in coordination with the technical and workshop teams.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience in general contracting, interior fit-out, or joinery/woodworking within the UAE.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong background in interior finishes, woodwork materials, and construction processes.
• Language & Nationality: Native or fluent Arabic speaker (preferred).
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated attitude.
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
