Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, references, telecalling, and open-market activities.
• Promote banking products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Car Loans, Credit Cards, Business Loans, and other financial products.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan and banking product applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer support.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (preferred).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Skills: Good communication, convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a competitive environment.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities, if required.
