Job Summary

Fast Fixer Building & Construction Materials Trading LLC is looking for a motivated, professional, and results-oriented Female Sales Executive with experience in contracting, building materials, interior fit-out, and finishing works.

The ideal candidate must have strong B2B sales skills, excellent Arabic communication skills, and practical experience using AutoCAD to read and interpret technical drawings. The candidate should be capable of developing business relationships with contractors, construction companies, consultants, developers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in contracting, building materials, construction, and interior fit-out.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, construction companies, and corporate clients.
• Promote the company's products and services related to building materials, finishing works, and interior fit-out projects.
• Identify potential construction projects and follow up on inquiries, tenders, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Meet clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Use AutoCAD to read, review, and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and project specifications.
• Review project drawings and finishing details to understand material requirements and support the preparation of accurate quotations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, follow up with clients, and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client accounts.
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, operations, and accounts departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requirements.
• Monitor project opportunities, maintain customer records, and prepare regular sales activity reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in sales within contracting, building materials, construction, or interior fit-out companies.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and dealing with corporate clients and project-based customers.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Good command of English for business communication.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, dimensions, material specifications, and interior fit-out details.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, construction products, and interior fit-out works.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify potential projects, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
