Sales Executive

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing,

Sales, Communication or a related field is preferred.

 Experience in sales, customer service, education, retail,

telesales or another customer-facing role is an

advantage.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with

confidence engaging customers by phone, WhatsApp

and face-to-face.

 Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

 Comfortable working with targets, follow-up

expectations and performance measures.

 Organised, disciplined and comfortable using digital

tools, spreadsheets and CRM/lead-management

systems.

 Willing to support selected Open Days, outreach

activities and events when required.
