Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION: PROPERTY SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market residential properties to potential buyers.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Follow up with prospective clients and arrange property viewings.
• Assist customers with property selection, loan eligibility checks, and the application process.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to booking and loan approval.
• Conduct online marketing activities, including posting advertisements on social media platforms.
• Coordinate with bankers, lawyers, and other relevant parties to facilitate property transactions.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of social media.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in property sales is an advantage but not compulsory.

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Location: Bercham, Ipoh

• Salary: Basic Salary Starting from RM1,800 + Commission

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
