Sales Executive

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct mailing, referrals and other sales activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Conduct client meetings to maintain customer satisfaction and identify upselling and renewal opportunities.

Coordinate with partners, vendors and distributors to explore new business opportunities.

Prepare sales quotations, renewal proposals, tender documents and other sales-related documentation.

Liaise with Sales Managers, presales and technical teams on pricing, product availability and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate sales records, quotation archives and pipeline reports.

Follow up on prospects and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales administration, sales coordination or customer service preferred.

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development activities.

Experience with AutoCount is an advantage.

Experience in IT, networking, cybersecurity or system integration is an added advantage.
