Job Requirements:
Must have experience in any Sales (BFSI Sales preferred)
Excellent English Communication is mandatory
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Customer handling and relationship building skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer queries for loan products
Advise customers on Personal Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, Business Loan etc.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue goals
Maintain customer database and follow up for closures
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal team for loan processing and disbursement
