Your role

• Speak with business owners about their funding requirements.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term customer relationships.
• Attend networking events and client meetings.
• Achieve realistic targets with the support of an experienced team.

We're looking for someone who has:

• At least 2 years' sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A competitive, self-motivated attitude.
• The ambition to build a long-term career.
• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
• Commercial finance experience isn't essential. If you've got the drive, we'll teach you the rest.

Location
Office-based within easy commuting distance of Kettering.

Ideal for candidates living within approximately one hour, including Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Leicester, Rugby, Bedford and Milton Keynes.

A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential.
