Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close new shipper accounts across freight modes.
• Manage and grow existing accounts by winning more lanes and volume.
• Price loads and negotiate rates to protect margin.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues quickly.
• Work closely with operations and carrier teams to ensure on-time, problem-free deliveries.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
• Meet monthly revenue, margin and new-account targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related field.
• 2–4 years of international sales experience in US based company.
• A proven record of meeting or beating sales targets.
• Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle, pricing and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Hands-on CRM experience.
• Willingness to work shift timings aligned with client time zones.

Work Location: In person

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
