Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming enquiries from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, website and other sales channels.

* Contact potential customers, share product catalogues, pricing and quotations.

* Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into orders.

* Handle WhatsApp Business communication with prospective buyers.

* Coordinate website orders, confirm order details and follow up on deliveries.

* Assist with distributor, dealer, corporate gifting and bulk order enquiries.

* Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment.

* Maintain daily sales trackers, lead records and follow-up reports.

* Build relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat orders.

Requirements

* Good communication skills in English and Kannada.

* Comfortable making sales calls and following up with customers.

* Basic knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp Business.

* Organised, proactive and target-oriented.

* Prior experience with IndiaMART or inside sales is an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
