Sales Executive

The Sales Executive role develops new business opportunities and promotes customs brokerage, freight forwarding, warehousing, and related logistics services. The position combines field sales, prospecting, commercial communication, and relationship management to secure new customers and develop long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales activities and promote customs brokerage, air, ocean, and road freight forwarding, and warehousing services
• Identify, approach, and convert new business prospects
• Deliver detailed and tailored company and service presentations to prospective customers
• Maintain positive customer relationships to support repeat sales and long-term partnerships
• Respond to commercial enquiries from prospective and existing customers
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in air, ocean, and road freight forwarding, customs brokerage, logistics, distribution, and documentation
• An established portfolio of prospective and existing customers is preferred
• Hands-on experience in pricing and preparing quotations
• Experience preparing sales campaigns, flyers, and direct marketing materials
• Experience contributing to the development and execution of departmental and company goals and objectives
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert sales opportunities
• Excellent presentation skills in one-to-one and group settings
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and perform effectively under pressure
• A proactive and commercially driven approach, with the initiative to develop creative solutions
• Service-oriented, enthusiastic, and positive approach
• Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work across multiple internal departments
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Own car and valid driving licence
