Sales Executive / Coffee Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• To build and grow the company’s portfolio across multiple F&B sectors.
• To identify, develop and acquire new customers to expand the customer base and achieve assigned sales and volume targets.
• Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries regarding product knowledge, technical specifications and functionality.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new key clients.
• Support ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management.
• Monitor customer feedback and analyse product performance and usage; recommend appropriate solutions and improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the food and beverage industry.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 2 years of in sales or business development
• Experienced in HORECA industry is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, proactive, innovative and willing to unlearn & learn.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and open to continuous learning
• Possess strong analytical, planning skill with good business acumen.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel
