Sales Executive (Coimbatore)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and

requirements.

• Build strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
• Explain product details, including metal types, gemstones, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on jewellery trends, maintenance,

and care.

• Process transactions, issue invoices, and manage billing efficiently.
• Maintain store displays, ensure proper stock arrangement, and assist with inventory

management.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets by applying upselling and cross-selling

techniques.

• Assist in store promotions, exhibitions, and special events to drive footfall and sales.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues

professionally.

• Follow company policies regarding security, stock handling, and daily reporting. Monitor

competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new

products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

• Support in business development planning and strategy efforts
