Sales & Marketing Executive

Dahtec Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

Candidates with B2B sales experience in construction, industrial products, engineering solutions, manufacturing, or related industries are encouraged to apply. Candidates with technical knowledge or experience in scaffolding, formwork, and construction systems will have an added advantage.

This role is best suited for individuals who enjoy prospecting, meeting decision-makers, building client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. If you have a strong hunter mindset and are motivated by performance-based rewards, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B corporate accounts.
• Generate sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability.
• Develop action plans to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Provide professional after-sales support to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Market Development

• Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and potential business sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market penetration.

Project & Collection Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project billing, payment collections, and customer accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience in construction, scaffolding, formwork, building materials, engineering solutions, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing new business accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable engaging with contractors, developers, consultants, project managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Independent, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
