Sales Executive / Coordinator

• Identify and develop new customers within the construction, infrastructure, and building sectors.
• Generate sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects.
• Follow up on customer payments and support collection activities as required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Attend client meetings, project site visits, and business development activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a Related Field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the ReadyMix Concrete industry within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai construction market.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
