What You Will Do

• Achieve sales and volume targets as set forth in the Personal Business Plan; track and review progress monthly with Director of Sales
• Systematically and efficiently call on accounts within location and report findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales
• Ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation telephone contact and written communications.
• Conduct sales calls to maintain a good working relationship between clients and hotel and to increase business to the hotel by acquiring new accounts.
• Conduct regular market surveys and competitor research.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a large-scale hotel operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
