Sales Executive – E-commerce & Customer Conversion

About Valerya : Valerya is a women's clothing brand , launched in 2026. We focus on clean aesthetic, empowering designs and aspirational storytelling.

Key Responsibilties :

• Convert customer enquiries from the website, Instagram and WhatsApp into sales.
• Follow up with potential customers and abandoned carts to drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, pricing and purchase-related queries.
• Manage customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Track leads, sales performance and follow-ups using Excel.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve sales and customer experience.
• Identify customer needs, buying objections and opportunities to improve conversions.

Required Skills :

• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs and customer enquiry management.
• Ability to convert website visitors, product enquiries and abandoned carts into successful purchases.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for lead tracking and sales reporting.
• Understanding of women's fashion, sizing, fabrics, fit and premium product positioning.
• Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up discipline.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and conversion rates.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and contribute to a fast-growing fashion startup

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
