Sales Executive – E-commerce

About the Role

Sanskriti India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across leading e-commerce platforms including eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities on eBay, Etsy, and Shopify.
• Handle customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues.
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Manage product listings, pricing, and basic catalog updates.
• Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of eBay, Etsy, and Shopify is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
