Sales Executive - Ecommerce

About the role

Acting as the key person between the company and clients. Responsible for the continuous increase of business volume and profitability—meeting sales goals set by the management as the main target and fostering relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support customer service team with the reordering and replacement process
• Manage the pullout process of products across digital sales channels
• Manage product availability inquiries, support customer needs, and ensure accurate stock representation across digital platforms
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, system updates, and coordination of SO and OBD across internal teams
• Act as the point person for third party E-com enablers
• Export orders from Ecommerce Platforms
• Oversee day-to-day order processing
• Check and manage status updates in Seller Center portals, ensure timely shipment processing, identify fulfillment delays, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
• Coordinate with Customer Service for customer inquiries and resolutions
• Handle and address processing issues such as pricing discrepancies, discount errors, and other related concerns

About you

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Others or equivalent from a reputable college or university
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital sales strategies, and online retail operations
• Ability to analyze online sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies
• Familiarity with customer service practices for online retail, including handling inquiries, returns, and complaints
• Experience in managing and optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns on ecommerce platforms
