Sales Executive Ecommerce

About the role

This is an e-commerce sales role focused on achieving monthly sales targets through active selling, customer engagement, and consistent follow-ups. You will handle online customer enquiries, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, overcome objections, and close sales. You will take full ownership of marketplace sales performance and work toward achieving or exceeding revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through active selling, customer engagement, and consistent follow-ups
• Handle online customer enquiries, understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, overcome objections, and close sales
• Apply effective selling strategies to improve conversion rates, increase order value, and generate repeat business
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Support marketplace campaigns, promotions, and ads to generate enquiries and increase sales
• Analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor competitor activity
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports
• Work closely with the Sales Lead to review targets, conversion rates, and sales performance

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, online selling, or a target-driven sales role
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, follow up with customers, and close deals
• Strong customer communication, persuasion, negotiation, and selling skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products effectively
• Comfortable working with sales KPIs, targets, and performance reports
• Shopee and Lazada experience is an advantage; product training will be provided
• Proficient in English communication
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for sales results
• Must have a dedicated home office and stable internet connection
