Sales Executive (EHS)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Generation of Proposal up to Revenue Generation

1. Perform canvassing and maintain visit to Target Clients
2. Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with new and current customer also with local government
3. Provide feedback for Initiation of sales campaign / sales event to BD Manager and Marketing.
4. Co-operation with Marketing to ensure the execution of sales campaign / sales event.
5. Generating sales lead from consultant and any other sources.
6. Identifying prospecting market to be targeted and provide competitor analysis to BD Manager
7. Follow up the completeness of Technical Data (questionnaire) and getting the right information as a basis to send Proposal or Tender to potential client
8. Maintain and update data proposal, contract and generated project
9. Co-operation with BD Manager and Business Manager to get approval for any price reduction as necessary
10. Follow up of proposal to be converted into contract
11. Co-operation with Operations and Technical Team as necessary to ensure the contract / job can be executed as requested by customer
12. Inform and connect existing customer to SGS WLN internal Key Contact Person (Project Coordinator, Login, Report, Invoicing)
13. Up-grade knowledge for new standard in order to improve the competency
14. Managing/maintaining SGS International business account / clients as assign by BD Manager and Business Manager
15. Channeling and maintain relationship with consultants and/or any other party which can contribute to EHS business growth (minimum 3 consultants/parties)

Administration & Monthly Reporting

1. Make sure all projects are completed with clear Project information
2. Make sure all document requirement for Project invoicing well prepared
3. Process registration on Client’s Vendor System
4. Complete weekly and monthly reporting to BD Manager which includes:
5. Weekly Canvassing activities
6. Revenue generated per month
7. Forecast proposal and revenue for the next 3 (three) month

PROFILE & REQUIRED SKILLS

• D3 / University degree.
• Five years working experience, two of which for sales
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, written and comprehension)
• Additional training courses in supervisory management, sales and marketing
• Has good knowledge and understanding on EHS Business
• Has a good skill in analyzing data for supporting the business
• Strong business sense and entrepreneur
• Fast learner, people skills, team player, mature, responsible person.
• Customer focused individual with lots of initiative.
• Self starter, independent worker
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Open minded to continuous improvement
• Has adequate knowledge and understanding on global harmonized procedure
• Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations
• Able and willing to expedite issues with other clerical, Operational & technical staff, when it is felt that inaction could result in reduced satisfaction of customers (internal and external)
