Sales Executive (Event / MICE)

About the role

This role involves finding and contacting target customers to create sales opportunities, event planning, and MICE services. You will propose products and plan services suited to customer needs, provide customer consultation, and manage post-sale customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Find customers and contact target customers to create sales opportunities for sales, event planning, and MICE services
• Propose products and plan appropriate services based on customer needs
• Provide customer consultation and manage post-sale customer care
• Monitor and analyse sales data to develop effective sales strategies
• Develop and maintain good relationships with current and new customers
• Manage and plan budgets and sales packages to achieve maximum results within budget
• Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations and booking confirmations
