Sales Executive (Finance)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Client Prospecting & Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand the customer base.

• Financial Planning & Advisory

  • Assess clients’ financial status, goals, and risk appetite.
  • Recommend tailored financial solutions including insurance, investment, and retirement planning.
  • Provide professional guidance to ensure clients achieve financial security without overlapping coverage.

• Sales & Business Development

  • Present proposals and explain financial products clearly to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Revise and update financial plans according to clients’ evolving needs.

• Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit required documents for policy issuance and investment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

• After-Sales Service

  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to track progress and adjust strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintain long-term trust-based relationships.
