Sales Executive (Freight Forwarder - Import/Export)

Location: Phra Khanong, Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:00)
Responsibilities

• Develop new customer base within Thailand (Importers & Exporters).
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms to close sales and achieve profit margins.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and internal departments for import/export services.
• Prepare sales reports for the department head and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding.
• Able to bring in active customers and close new business independently.
• Solid understanding of international freight forwarding processes.
• Responsible, service-minded, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in both Thai and English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and able to travel to meet clients.
