Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development / Marketing professional in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics (Cargo Export & Import) company is mandatory.
• Strong advanced selling skills with a highly achievement-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively persuade and build trust with customers.
• Solid knowledge of transportation, logistics, or related business fields.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding procedures, documentation, and regulations will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and actively participate in all sales activities.
• Manage and maintain existing customer accounts while continuously expanding the customer base by acquiring new clients.
• Responsible for closing deals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional service support to customers based on the company’s service offerings.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, documentation) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer needs are met.
