Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding / Logistics)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for:

  • Export Air Freight
  • Export Sea Freight
  • Import Air Freight
  • Import Sea Freight
  • Customs Clearance
  • Border & Cross-border Transportation

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Present logistics solutions and negotiate competitive freight rates.

• Prepare quotations, contracts, and service agreements.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Track shipments and support customers in resolving logistics issues.

• Attend client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.

• Maintain CRM records and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Sales or Business Development experience.

• Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of:

  • Air Freight
  • Ocean Freight
  • Customs Clearance
  • Trucking & Land Transportation
  • Cross-border Logistics

• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Able to communicate in English.

• Thai nationality.

• Chinese language ability is an advantage.

• Own transportation and willing to travel for client visits.
