Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding Tech

This is an opportunity to own strategic enterprise sales across Germany, helping freight forwarders and logistics providers modernise their operations with an industry-leading SaaS platform.

You’ll manage the entire sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing complex €100k–€500k enterprise deals while working directly with C-level decision-makers.

Your role

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
• Develop new business across Germany.
• Build relationships with freight forwarders, logistics service providers and supply chain organisations.
• Engage senior executives and navigate complex buying committees.
• Deliver strategic, consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Consistently build and close a strong enterprise pipeline.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience within Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proven success in consultative new business sales.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent German and English.

• €72,500 base salary
• €37,500 uncapped bonus + 6 months guaranteed commission
