Sales Executive – Solar Energy

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to market and sell solar energy products and solutions to individuals, businesses, and organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining solar products and their benefits, closing sales, and maintaining good relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
• Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related products.
• Understand customers’ energy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are properly met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE; OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of solar energy products is an added advantage.
• Must be confident, proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
