• 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-volume, inbound sales
• Strong communication and people skills—you know how to build rapport and close deals
• You’re organized—you manage multiple customers at different sales stages with ease
• A results-driven mindset: you set goals and work hard to exceed them
• Adaptability and resilience—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fintech and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends. Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B Banking startups is beneficial
• Must-have: fluent English and additional Native level French
• You work well independently but love being part of a team
• You're ambitious, competitive, and goal-oriented—you love winning!

What the job involves

• We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our expanding Inbound Sales Team
• Qualifying inbound leads and closing deals
• Turning leads into customers
• Activate and engage customers to ensure they start using our product
• Work closely with other teams to create a seamless sales experience
• Track and analyze your daily performance, always aiming for improvement
• Be a true Finom ambassador—understand our product inside out and communicate its value clearly
