Job Description

Fruitify is a fresh fruit and floral gifting company looking for a motivated Sales Executive to grow our customer base and corporate gifting sales.

The ideal candidate is confident in approaching potential clients, building relationships and converting enquiries into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities with businesses, hotels, schools and event companies.
• Promote our fruit baskets, flower bouquets and corporate gifting services.
• Contact potential clients through calls, messages and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and close sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team to fulfil customer requirements.
• Maintain sales records and work towards agreed targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable generating new leads.
• UAE market knowledge and corporate contacts are an advantage.
• Gifting, hospitality or events industry experience is a plus.

Compensation

This is an incentive-based role, with earnings linked to sales performance. The incentive structure and full compensation terms will be discussed during the interview.
