SALES EXECUTIVE – INDOOR / OFFICE-BASED

About the role

ALL DECO is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This is a fully office-based sales position. You are not required to conduct outdoor sales, cold visits, or travel to meet customers. The Company will provide online enquiries and sales leads, and your main responsibility is to follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, prepare quotations, close sales, and maintain good customer relationships through phone calls, WhatsApp and other online communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on company-provided online leads and customer enquiries
• Contact customers via phone calls, WhatsApp and online communication channels
• Understand customers' renovation, interior and building material requirements
• Introduce and recommend suitable Company products and solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, pricing and sales proposals
• Follow up actively with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales
• Negotiate professionally and handle customer objections effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding site measurement, quotation, order confirmation, delivery and installation
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales progress
• Achieve individual monthly sales and collection targets / KPIs

About you

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in indoor sales, telesales, online sales, B2B/B2C sales, renovation, interior design, construction or building materials will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp
• Able to follow up persistently and manage multiple sales leads simultaneously
• Sales-driven, proactive and target-oriented
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while coordinating closely with the internal team
• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare or manage quotations and customer records
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
