Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented professionals to join our Insurance Sales Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain insurance products, benefits, features, and policy-related information.
• Generate sales through effective customer engagement and follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 2nd PUC / 12th Pass or above.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience Mandatory.
• Language: Good English communication skills along with Hindi or any one regional language.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 24,500 In-Hand
• Incentives: Up to 1,00,000, based on performance.
• Work Schedule: 6 days working.
• Shift: Rotational Day Shift.
• Cab Facility: Not available.
