Sales Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their preferences, occasions, and budget.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively explain features, design, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
• Maintain counter displays and visual merchandising standards as per KISNA guidelines.
• Handle billing, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support in-store operations, including stock handling, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs.
