Sales Executive (Internet Advertising)

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients to address needs, inquiries, and business solutions.
• Coordinate internally with various departments to deliver excellent service to clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
• Prepare and present account reports, performance updates, and growth opportunities to management.
• Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making processes.
• Handle client issues or complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
• Contribute to sales strategies, product offerings, and long-term business development planning.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in account management, business development, or sales is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese speaker) is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
