Sales Executive – IT & Cybersecurity Certification

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to promote IT and cybersecurity certification services such as ISO/IEC 27001 and related standards. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting organizations in obtaining international certification for their IT management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IT certification and cybersecurity certification services to corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Meet clients to understand their IT compliance and certification needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for certification services.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Follow up with clients and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, cybersecurity, consulting, or certification services.
• Understanding of IT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to travel for client meetings; having own car is preferred.
