We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing IT agency. We offer web development, digital marketing, video editing, design, and other digital solutions to local and international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their sales ability and wants to earn significantly more through performance rather than being limited to a fixed salary.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify potential leads
• Communicate with local and international prospects
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
• Conduct calls, meetings, and follow-ups
• Prepare and follow up on proposals/quotations
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Achieve a monthly sales target.
• Coordinate with the production team after closing clients

Compensation & Commission

We offer a performance-based compensation structure with a standard basic salary of up to PKR 50,000/month, plus commissions and bonuses based on monthly target achievement.

High performers unlock progressively higher commissions, including:

• 2% commission upon reaching qualifying performance tiers
• 5% commission at higher achievement levels
• 10% commission as you approach/achieve the monthly target
• PKR 5,000–10,000+ performance bonuses
• After achieving 100% of the target, earn 15% commission on additional sales above the target

Example: Generate PKR 300,000 in eligible monthly sales and your total compensation can reach approximately PKR 95,000.

There is no fixed upper limit on commission earnings — strong performers can earn PKR 100,000+ per month.

The fixed monthly payout is performance-linked; complete compensation tiers and terms will be discussed during the interview.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Previous experience in IT services, software, web development, digital marketing, or agency sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with lead generation and closing
• Confidence communicating with international clients
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven mindset
• Ability to take ownership of their sales pipeline

Previous IT/digital agency sales experience will be highly preferred.
