What they need
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to achieve company objectives and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and sales leads through by understanding customer requirements.
- Conduct cold calls and outbound sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Perform canvassing and direct customer outreach to identify potential business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking events, and company marketing activities to generate leads and promote company products and services.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with potential customers, and closely monitor opportunities to successfully close deals.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and software presentations to showcase product features, functionality, and benefits.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services and provide appropriate support when required.
- Record and maintain accurate sales activities, customer information, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in the course of executing the role.
- Perform additional duties as assigned
