📍 Location: Klebang, Melaka

🚀What You Will Be Doing:

• Property Sales: Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Property Presentation and Consultation: Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
• Contract Handling: Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
• Sales Reporting: Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
• Customer Service: Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.

🚀What We’re Looking For:

• Min SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
• Fresh Graduates Welcome. (Experience in Real Estate Sales is an advantage.)
• Fluent in min 2 languages (Bahasa and English)
• Strong Communication Skills and Comfortable to liaise/ build solid relationship with the clients.
• Computer Literates.
